To make a reservation, you can fill out the reservation form on our website.
You will receive a reply within 48 hours. If the answer is positive, you will also receive a request to transfer 30% of the total accommodation costs to our french bankaccount within 14 days.
Once the deposit has been received, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation by email.
After a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation costs, your reservation is final and you can no longer cancel for free. The remaining amount must be paid no later than ten (10) weeks before arrival. For both payments you will receive a confirmation by email.
Cancellation of booking (rentals):
Rental accommodation is usually booked well in advance. In the event of a cancellation, the accommodation often remains empty. Our cancellation costs are 30% of the total accommodation costs if you cancel up to 10 weeks before arrival. Within 10 weeks before arrival, the cancellation costs are the full accommodation costs. For cancellations within 10 weeks before your arrival, we can therefore no longer refund the deposit! You can take out cancellation insurance through your bank or insurance agent.
Guests and Visitors (rentals):
If you would like to come with more people than you indicated in your reservation or if you would like to receive visitors during your stay, please bear in mind that they can not come and stay over with you without our consent. For peace and safety, we adhere to a maximum number of people at the campsite. This means, among other things, that you can not come with more people without first consulting us than was agreed upon when booking.
We therefore only allow limited visitors. We kindly request you to take this into account! If you want to receive a visitor, you can do so in consultation (at a daily rate). Having friends or family booked nearby with the idea of regularly receiving them at Les Libellules is therefore not advisable.
Arrival:
Access to your accommodation on your day of arrival is possible from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. A cash bail of €100 is required at arrival.
If you can not arrive on the reserved arrival day, please contact the campsite (+ 33 4 66 822 004).
We lunch between 12 a.m. and 2 p.m. Arriving during lunchtime you will have to park your car in the parking lot. At 3 p.m. we will take you to your accommodation, in the meanwhile you can enjoy yourself at the beach.
Departure:
The final check of the accommodation is possible between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. in the morning.
You have paid a deposit upon arrival. You will receive this back after the accommodation has been checked and found to be in order. If you would like the accommodation to be cleaned by us, you can request this from us in advance. You are also handing in the keys at this time. If your accommodation is not clean in accordance with the instructions as indicated in the booklet in your accommodation, we will point this out to you so that you can still do it yourself. The cleaning costs will be deducted from your deposit if your accommodation is not clean after the second check.
If you wish to leave outside the possible times of final inspection, that is possible, however, we can not perform a final inspection so we calculate the cleaning costs per accommodation. The remaining deposit (minus cleaning costs minus € 4,50 bank costs) will be transferred to you.
